For a while I used a broken LCD with 5 lines going down it. It displayed CGA perfectly, but 98 or my VooDoo3 couldnt support 1080p correctly (which that monitor needs), and the lines were annoying. So I got a used DAYTEK F19-DH from someone for free, which was supported. Windows desktop needed to be a bit calibrated (in terms of horizontal alignment) but worked fine afterwards. As for CGA, well...

Any recommendations?
I swapped a 14 pin VGA to 15 pin when I got this monitor, but I'm not sure if that would cause such a drastic effect...
I have a VooDoo 3 2000 AGP 16MB installed and have used it on both monitors.

That's EGA, not CGA.

I'd try a different video card and if that does not work, undo the pin swapping.
