when trying to load up my game today the screen went black then this flashed up

i read the read-me file and searched the forums.....
what does this mean??

the game is master of orion. my post is vauge because i have no idea what VORTEX.LBX is.
I think Master of Orion has been discussed several times. Use the Search function of the forum.

ok i searched then re searched then re-re searched the forums...where has this been discussed? do you know what VORTEX.LBX is? because i couldn't find info anywhere.
The copy from HOTU seems to work just fine under DOSBox 0.63 so I am guessing your copy must be corrupted somehow.
