It's not so much the price of this one that's humorous but the contents of the "NIB" SB16 - a second hand Aztec SB2.0 clone. It's actually not a bad little 8 bit sound card and the manual is there 😀

Someone just bought a Cyrix 5x86-133/4x for 1244 euro (1468 USD, 1098 GBP, or 1888 CAD) and it wasn't me. I had no idea these were worth so much these days. I estimate the other items in the auction couldn't be worth more than 200-300 euro.
