While I can't point you to a place where you could buy one, I'd recommend avoiding 512MB models since they usually use DDR or DDR2 VRAM instead of GDDR3 which is a lot faster. So, consider looking for a 6800GT with 256MB VRAM instead.

What games are you trying to play by the way? While the 6xxx series is supported in Win98, you have to use newer drivers which may break some older games, so perhaps an older card would serve you better, such as a GeForce FX 5900.

Best win98 unofficially compatible cards are GeForce 7xxx series, so 2005-2006 is your limit.

But you can do dual setup with PCI-E and use GeForce PCX 5950 or Quadro FX 1300 for win98 games.

Using anything beyond GeForce FX for win98 games is not a good idea in general.
