How can I make the PC go into Windows 3.11 from DOS 6.22 C:\? I always have to go to C:\WINDOWS\. I could've sworn when I was a kid all I had to do was type WIN at C:\. Is there a simple line that needs to be added to the AUTOEXEC.BAT or CONFIG.SYS?

It's called the path variable.

SET PATH=C:\WINDOWS;%PATH%

If you want to run Windows-Setup, it is better to still change to the Windows directory first, though.
It's safer. This way, you can be sure setup finds the system.ini and other files it needs.
