So there are two pins for this SP/DIF out, yeah?
There are a lot of brackets on ebay that take three pins, but then give you coax and optical outs.
Does anyone know the pinout for this?

this picture means spdif pin's '1' is ground, '0' is digital out.

and use coaxial rca connector because this spdif connector is 0.5v to -0.5v peak-to-peak signals

Good info, thanks. I've seen the pins for ground and digital out.

I think we can work this out.

So the dual coax/optical out is:
Red cable: Vcc +5 V power supply
Brown cable: SPDIF Out signal
Black cable: GND Ground

So I just need to find a pin that's +5V from the ground. When I get my mobo in I can test around with a multimeter.

If anyone has a suggestion for +5V pin to use, please let me know!

There are several ways to get 5v.
You can get it from the motherboard's floppy drive connector,
IR header.
And you can peel off some of the red lines from the power supply.
