I have loaded DOSBox, successfully started IPX Tunneling Server ipxnet startserver and connected to it ipxnet connect. What are my next steps to connect to real NetWare server running on other computer?

why would you think this is possible ?

dosbox it's ipx is emulated over UDP

Netware also has some UDP tunneling - but I don't think anybody has ever tried making those talk with each other...
First problem would be running a Netware DOS client inside Dosbox at all.
