I have Win98se working nicely on a 2GHz AthlonXP with 2GB RAM (1.5GB ramdrive using HIMEMX and XMSDSK). It has a Diamond Radeon 9250 PCI 256MB video card using the ATI software version 8.03.98.3-050117a. The monitor is a 19 inch Vizio HDTV capable of 1366x768. In later Windows versions and my main Linux rig I tend to use 1280x720. In the ATI software I have two widescreen choices: 800x480 and 1280x768. 1280x768 works but vertically I have to move the mouse off the top or bottom edges to scroll the view up and down. Does anyone know if resolutions can be added or customized? I would even be happy with 1024x600.

I have always had to use PowerStrip to add 1680x1050 and 1400x1050 on each install, answell as any other resolution I may need.

Thanks, guys. Yep, works great! Added Powerstrip to my collection of Win9x software. 😀
