Although true in its beautiful simplicity, I will explain Qbix' answer for the unfortunate questionee who dared ask the unaskable. It is, you see, the firm believe of the DOSbox main developers that printing is bad. In fact, they believe that allowing user like you and I to print from DOSbox, is a direct violation against all that is Good, Right, and the Way Things Should Be (TM). Therefor, one of their Secret Decrees, maybe even their Prime Decree is 'DOSbox shall never contain printer emulation'.
Fortunately, the DOSbox main developers aren't the only DOSbox developers, and at least one of them had made a patch that allows printing from DOSbox. You should be able to find it searching the forum.

I've typed the long version too often to seriously answer the original question.

You could download one of the printer enabled ports of DOSbox and then share your printer using XP's file/printer sharing and then simply capture the printer to lpt1
like
net use lpt1 \\<computername>\<sharename>
I haven't tried it with DOSbox but the above enables the USB printer on an LPT port.

I agree. I was just in a sarcastic mood. 😀

I wouldn't say that DosBox will NEVER have printer emulation. Perhaps there is some game out there that can only use the printer for some gameplay related function.....I highly doubt it but it's possible. In that case printer support might possibly be added. So...never say never.
Agreed. Some RPG games distributed by SSI had options to print hardcopies of maps and/or character sheets. Some DreamForge Intertainment titles come to mind.
