Win95 supports USB 1.x only. Maybe the joystick is USB 2.0. What model is it?

According to Logitech's website, the drivers only go back to Windows XP.

Do any of your USB devices work in Windows 95? If not, it may not be an issue with the joystick; it may be an issue with Windows 95.

Depending on which version of Windows 95 you have, USB drivers may not be installed automatically. You may need to install them.

Check out this link https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19085-01/pci1.car … 3212/index.html . It explains how to do it.

Windows 95 really had very little USB support for anything, and what it did have was unstable.

The two files above, don't work for Logitech Attack 3.
