Can you list exactly what is in your config.sys and autoexec.bat files?
Have you tried disabling the onboard sound via the BIOS?
Can you give a screenshot of what your settings are in SETUPDS?
You may also need to try putting the Yamaha card in a different PCI slot.
This is my autoexec.bat:
SET BLASTER=A240 I5 D1 T4
copy C:\DS-XG\DOS4GW.EXE \
chcp 437
C:\DS-XG\SETUPDS.EXe /s
del \DOS4GW.EXE
SET SOUND=C:\DS-XG
config.sys:
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\HIMEM.SYS
This is my current IRQ problem, refer from another website:

I have disabled the onboard sound device.
Also, do I have to adjust the IRQ Resources in BIOS, the sound card?

Or it could be board error, or board incompatibility, but the board was designed for Pentium 3 computers.
