I downloaded the Mac OS X version, but when I click on the application file to open it, it crashes and I get a message saying 'The application DOSBox has unexpectedly quit.' I'm running OS X version 10.2.8...is this not advanced enough? Does anyone else have this problem? *sigh* All I want to do is relive my youth and play Commander Keen... 😢

ack, nevermind, I went back to the creator's website because the README wasn't offering much help...only useful for 10.3 + OS...ok, so now my question is: anyone know of any OTHER programs I can use to run DOS on a mac?

Virtual PC for Mac....but it won't be as compatible as DosBox is for DOS games.

Qemu/bochs may have OSX ports.
