I got this sound card recently. It is a creative card with the model ct4810 and the chipset on it reads ct5880-dcq. I searched about it. Some sites call it Vibra 128 and other sites call it AudioPCI. What I learned is that it is using a re-branded Ensoniq chipset. I attached a picture of the card.

Any information about the card and its real name and model?

Sound Blaster AudioPCI 128

The same card with the CT2518 instead of the CT5880 was called "Creative Ensoniq AudioPCI". Both cards go under the CT4810 label.
