Hi,

I am currently building a 486 machine and have to replace the RTC-Module.
It's years since I last had to deal with RTCs 😊 and I don't want to fry the board.

Will this replacement-module fit?
(see image: upper = old module / lower = new replacment-module)

Building my own PCs since 1991 - for my retro builds it's "no CF-disks, no Floppy emulators, no modern cases etc.", only the real and authentic stuff whenever possible.

Yes, it will fit. It's the same model, just made by a different company. Battery should be good too, as it's apparently from week 20, 2016.
