Hey all.

I managed to run Ufo X-com on my pc. But the scroll rate in the mission mode is just too fast to play normally.

Can you help me to solve this problem?

I have tried to run it on DOS and windows, and the game is running ok, but scroll rate is to fast.

I have win 98
320 RAM
Celeron 700
GeForce 2

any help would be much appreciated.

Did you try to adjust the scroll speed in the options menu
of the game?

there's no such option.

biw: in the map -mode the minutes is running too fast. The whole game is running too fast.

is there some kind of software that can slow my pc down?? or slow the game?

DosBox would be way too slow for that computer.

Probably would be better off just dropping to DOS, adjust processor speed (Although with a computer that old you'd probably have to change some jumpers) , or disable cache or use mo'slo.

What about advanced options (Cap DOS timer and such) under VDMSound?.

There's an option menu when you klick the ?-button in ufo.
