What speed Cache is this ?

I want it for my IBM PS/1 486 which requires 20-pin Cache modules , -20 nanosec SRAM Cache.
4 x 32K for a total of 128K or Cache.

Will this work ?

Definitely not the correct cache, it was only available in speeds as fast as 45ns. The 1985 date code makes it pretty obvious too.
