This appears to be a dorm-room made "video-karaoke" from two Chinese students. Quite a humorous lip-synching send-up of a Backstreet Boys song from a few years ago.

My problem? I can't figure out what PC game is being played by the guy in the back of the video. Nothing seems to distract him, so it must be a great game...
