Can anyone help me firgure out why my mouse clicks are not recognized in Dune2. Has anyone else experienced this problem before? Where can I get old mouse drivers to test? I am using a Benq M306 Optical Cordless mouse on USB.

When you move the mouse, do you see the in-game mouse pointer moving around, or just the Windows one?
Sorry I should have been more specific. The mouse has locked and it works completely excapt I cannot click. I have to put the mouse pointer ove an object and then hit [Enter]

Strange.
DOSBox does not use a mouse driver, as it emulates the driver functions as part of its DOS emulation.
Does the same problem occur in other games?
What version of DOSBox are you running?
It would also help to have your dosbox.conf file.
OK first to answer your questions. I am using the newest version of DOSBox [1.63 for windows] I use the default config file except I changed it to run full-screen and to mount my games directory automatically. For the record I was having mouse problems before those changes.
The problem I have is in Dune2, and after you asked I installed stronghold to see if it happened also but the mouse worked fine in it

In that case, you may want to try going to dlh.net and getting patches for Dune 2 to see if that helps.
After that, be sure to re-run the setup utility from inside of DOSBox.
