I've been using DOSBox for a long time in my main computer with great success. Recently I bought a Windows 10 tablet, a Chuwi Hi10, and I'm facing a very weird problem.

When I start DOSBox in windowed mode, everything seems to work fine. However, when going fullscreen, the rightmost third of the screen doesn't refresh. I've attached a screenshot fo reference.

When starting a game, the problem persists. Changing to windowed mode makes everything ok, but when changing to fulscreen again, the rightmost part of the screen freezes again, and only the rest of the screen refreshes.

I've played a bit with the different display options: setting fullresolution to a fixed value, output to overlay or ddraw, aspect to true... I've also tried several of the compatibility options for Windows, but none of them seem to make a difference. I'd appreciate any insight on this, I literally have no idea of what else to try.
