Does it have any FSB selection headers? You could wire the Turbo button to that and switch between 66Mhz and say 50MHz, that would let you slow it down from 233MHz to 175MHz, which considering the FSB difference would probably feel more like 133MHz to 150MHz..

Yes it does but would that sort of slowdown be useful for anything? (other than nerdy satisfaction that is 😈 )

Well, yeah, if you also manipulate L2 via BIOS and L1 via setmul you will have a much wider range of synthetic CPU speed options.

^^ that's actually pretty neat, but it would look better with flat 5.25" panel covers IMHO. Not bad at all for an artefact of the "let's all copy the PowerMac G4" era though.

yes they are made in korea or sometimes china but were very common in japan at the time and were sold in computer shops.

they were also sold in some magazines in the US but they are very rare here these days to find one in good shape or new condition.

Yes, very useful. FSB manipulation gives you much better tuning for speed sensitive games.

I got the same case, yours seems in better condition. Mine is set on 160/30 led running a amd133@160. I'm guessing yours is a pentium 166. Originally mine was a pentium 75 that lived in it

haha yeah kind of, the bottom one is a ide - > cf card reader hidden behind a floppy face, I need to put in a eject button because the hole stands out

those cases make me think of the iMac G3 or the Power Mac G3 B/W by the appearance

This once housed a 775i65g build but when I'm done with school I intend to put a sleeper gaming build in it. So far dismantled the whole thing, added front and rear 120mm fans, sprayed matte black, and reassembled.

AMD 5x86@133mhz. I did have it running at 166mhz but I but it back down to 133mhz until I get a good CPU cooler.
