Hello
I saw that Warcraft 1(orcs and humans) has only 4 floppy disks on a youtube-video is this right or is he missing some disks ? I have a genuine CD-rom version and I remember the game is larger...

- Is there a list where I can see how many 1.44MB disks basic 1990-1995 games needed ?
- What program turns the CD-rom version of Warcraft 1 to floppy disks...
I need the floppy disks for a computer which does not have a CD-drive.

Mobygames lists the release media, from the at least 9 releases of Warcraft I the US floppy disk release has 4 disks. See https://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/warcraft-o … umans/cover-art

For moving files via floppy disk, I recommend to look for an archiver with volume support, like ARJ or RAR with the -va option.
Also the command SUBST helps, if the install on the non-CDROM PC wants to have the files on it's own drive.

Also this driver is able to emulate a CD from an image in DOS: http://adoxa.altervista.org/shsucdx/
