Is there a driver mod to get Ensoniq Soundscape support for the Soundblaster Live in MS-DOS?
Win 11 - Intel i7-1360p - 32 GB - Intel Iris Xe - Cubilux 7.1 USB

Provided your hardware can properly run SBLive's DOS drivers... I think the driver should already be able to support that to some extent like its predecessors (Sound Blaster PCI/Ensoniq AudioPCI) as they use similar drivers. I once had an AudioPCI and I did recall its driver mentioned something about Soundscape emulation.
I'm not sure about Soundscape but in some games the "Soundscape" option is identical to that of a General MIDI/MPU401 (where you'd specify a port 330h), so I think it might be just a variant of MIDI audio device.
EDIT: It seems according to some other posts... SBLive/SBPCI DOS drivers really doesn't support Soundscape (but it supports Sound Blaster 16). AudioPCI drivers, on the other hand, support Sound Blaster Pro and Soundscape.
