what is too slow, dosbox? or symbian? I have a nokia 6620 and here is some system info: cpu 150 mhz, ram 29 mb, disk depends on mmc i have 1gb, scummvm run at full speed. But a dos emu will be great.

SCUMMVM is a script interpreter, not an emulator. DOSBox is an emulator and uses way, way more horsepower than SCUMMVM. There's no way it can work.

Both 😉 But primarily Symbian.

Your phone has less memory and slower CPU than some real DOS machines. How could it possibly work? Let me guess, you'd love to play a little "Blood" and "Crusader" and stuff, nothing demanding, eh? 😉

Now, some really ancient CGA or text-mode games might just work - but I doubt that's what you want, and your memory might not suffice.

Well, according to the system specifications: if somebody really tried and solved problems with the small screen and the input and optimized DOSBOX memory usage the possible port could run the simplest PC XT games...
BTW: Is not 29 MB the whole memory of the phone? If yes, than Symbian applications can probably use far less than that (which would probably kill the possibility of any port completely)...
You may think what a powerfull beast your phone is, but in computer terms it is still a better calculator...
