During my Covox Software Testing Journey i stumbled across the Lost Vikings,
which got a Sound Device called I/O Magic Tempo with no DMA and IRQ.

I guess this is some Kind of DAC, connected to Portadress 38C.

The attachment thevoice_000.png is no longer available

Anyone knows what exactly it is ?

Seems its a PCMCIA Soundcard with OPL3 and Wav capabilitys.

Yes, it is one of the two PCMCIA cards supported by the HMI drivers.
