I have a Voodoo3 3000 and a Voodoo3 2000 card.
R8 on my Voodoo3 3000 card appears to be the same as R7, R3, and R4, and they all say R00 on them.
So zero ohm, like you said.
The component that is missing on your card near CR10 and CR11 is present on my Voodoo3 3000 and has writing on it that says
D83A
SIG
But the one next to it seems to say
D84A (or D8HA)
SIG
while the one in your picture seems to say
D485 (or DH85)
SIG
On my Voodoo3 2000 the diodes both say
D83A
SIA
so maybe they can both be the same.
I don't know what the numbers stamped on the diodes indicate, but the polarity indicator points to the right on the top diode and to the left on the bottom diode, both on the Voodoo3 3000 and the Voodoo3 2000.
C94 seems to be the same as C88 -- a little light brown colored component similar to the C88 in your picture. I don't see any writing on it, but I'd guess it's the 0.1uF 16V 0603 you mentioned.
The component near the C100 location is missing on my card. I have two perfect little solder balls on the ends with no indication that anything was ever attached to them. There are no components on the back of the card at that location. Both my Voodoo3 3000 and my Voodoo3 2000 have no component at C100, so maybe you don't need anything there.
