I am trying out deathmask's method to get Blood, NAM and a few others working in XP. I did everything step by step using Duke3D to test it out. It works great, sound is near perfect....but my controls/input is laggy as hell! It takes about 10 seconds before it moves. The framerate appears to be perfect but its unplayable like this.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I use Jonofs for Duke3d normally, but for Blood and the others I need to get this working.
