As addition to the included manual here is the components layout, which can be useful during the assembly.

My card arrived today 😀 , I haven’t had a chance to play with it yet. But what a thing of beauty!.

Delivery to UK by regular mail is lighting fast 😳 I've sent it only the day before yesterday

DPD to Germany seems to be much slower - so far, that package is still sitting about half way in Poland 😁
Well, no big issue - let's see if it's gonna make it before the weekend, even though I rather doubt it, by now 😀

Exactly, DPD guys seem like just sit there and drink tea in Wroclaw. You never know..

Ha, it's probably gonna arrive fully assembled and tested, with someone having had a great time - just a little later - maybe with a note requesting to send more on that route... 😁

Mine arrived today! One of the mailmen sat on it I think, but it was well packed and it was just a squished box. Contents are fine.

Might have time to start next week, I'm looking forward to it!

Mine got here yesterday and looks to be a beautiful thing. Now all I have to do is get enough time away from the kids to build it...

Mine arrived today. Seems like it only took 4 days to the Netherlands, which is pretty fast I think.

Now I have to find the time to solder the thing together. 😀

My sympathies! After a seemingly long freeze in Wroclaw and a non-delivery on Saturday, mine finally arrived today via DPD. Seems that even for deliveries to the South of Germany, they are routing them from Wroclaw to near Frankfurt, which seems to take more than one day:

On a much more awesome note: I've started unpacking and fitting first resistors during lunch break - and am in awe about the included building instruction. That is an impressively perfect service, so far! 😁

dpd will not be considered as an "express" shipping option anymore for sure.

Good news, man! Looks like you are one of a few who will build the kit before x-mas.

So I just checked all the logic ones in an eprommer I brought back from China a short while ago and went for it (definitely not necessary, but also didn't hurt):

Et voilà, after about five hours of non-stop fun, this is what I came out with:

My personal findings and take on the process:

It's a breeze and I love the included building instruction! It's such a nice touch!

There's maybe only one very minor change I would recommend to it, which is:
soldering the headers H1, H7, H8 a little earlier in the process (maybe right after the ICs), as they were a little difficult to position later.

With the film capacitors, I was happy to have that little gadget to identify them, but it's certainly no problem sorting them out otherwise - even for an amateur.

The soldering itself needs a bit more care than on e.g. the Snark Barker - there's less spacing around the solder pads. Also JCLs solder-mask seems to be a little more thin than e.g. Elecrow's where I happened to get that PCB made.

Not really worth a mention, but almost funny that obviously they didn't want to take up the hint for their batch marker again (like it happened on shock__'s ARGUS order, too) and put it under the ATMEGA's position, instead of the OPL 😁

Everything else is as already mentioned before: the bracket fits perfectly and the nylon holders are rock solid!

So much for today's fun - cleaning and testing will have to wait for tomorrow 😎

I talked to JLC about messing the ID position and offered them to add something like "[x] the board has JLCJLCJLCJLC" checkbox on their order page and most likely they will do it in near future.
