Found these on an old diskette (copied; I never owned such a video board). Attaching them here in the hope that they'd be useful - I seem to recall someone saying that they had the card but couldn't get it to do anything.
Both files are dated September 1984 and contain "Copyright (C) 1984, Tecmar Inc. All rights reserved."

Usage: GMBIOS [Adapters] [Options]
Adapters: -C (color card) -H (color card/monochrome adapter)
-M (monochrome card) -K (monochrome card/color monitor)
-Ax (graphics master with memory at x0000)
Options: -I (IBM monochrome monitor adjustment) -S (silent startup)
-U (monochrome software compatibility) -V (verbose startup)
-Tn (screen blanked after n minutes) -R (reserve memory)
-B (reboot with resident GMBIOS)
