Biostar most likely. The label with the model number was removed, it resisted in the lower left corner above "Ver:1.0".

You should never give up that fast. You dont even know what is wrong. Buy a ISA POST card from China (3€), will give you much more data. A TL866 for checking and programming ROMs is also useful.
