pls help me to find Nitro Racers game and how to run it under win xp home...this game was NEVER officialy released so pls give me some link where can i download it...it will be no piracy because as i wrote before this game was NEVER officialy released.

I suppose that makes it a little like abandonware in the sense it is impossible to obtain from the makers/distributors. However, just like abandonware, it's not technically legal, and I think is still considered sofware piracy, as it's still copyrighted. (unless it's been released into the public domain, but it doesn't look like it)
