Horrible picture, but looks like Socket 370, although I've never seen a S370 MB with more than one or two ISA slots. Could just be a weird-looking Socket 7 CPU.

Thank you for your reply.
It seems one of the pci slots has a brown extension adjacent.
No agp slot as well not common for s370. Could it be someone stuck a coppermine in this poor socket7 asus mb?

Hey Horun did you use hang out at Justen Webbers computing.net web site back in the early 2000s?

yep, looks like the TX97-E.. but what CPU is that?It looks like a delidded Tualatin.. but that would of course not fit in a Socket 7 board.

Looks like a delidded Socket 370 Tualatin (or Coppermine with heatspreader but those are rare). It looks like the handle of the CPU socket is up, and the CPU is just lying on top of the socket.

EDIT: picture of a deliddeld Tualatin is here: Re: Best low profile 370 cooler

It can't be pentium 3 because it is a socket 7 motherboard.

As I said, I think the CPU isn't even in the socket. Are there more pictures? Where is this from? An ad somewhere?

Yes it is from a local auction. Thanks for all your help. Inferring the model by the layout my kind of people! Props to everyone especially to the one detected the socket lever was lifted and to the tualatin identifier. That black mark around the core was throwing me off. And to the ones who concurred and agreed as well.
Also the hdd seems to be upside down. Oh well.
It is a bunch of stuff for 10$€£ but the board was the only thing that caught my eye. I thing it was running the amd k6 in the lot. Chech it out https://www.olx.pt/anuncio/varios-componentes … os-IDDi4GD.html

Good day! Could you identify this hardware for me? What is it for? Can it be used today?
