Looking around the web for some details concerning the various ATI Rage cards, I have seen many lists that include the Rage Pro, Rage IIc, Rage 128 Pro, etc.. listed but none of them have a comprehensive list of ATI Rage cards from worst to best that I can find, Going through all the various ATI Rage cards I have, they have various combinations of names, so I was wondering if anyone knew of a definitive list of all the ATI Rage Cards?

As I said I've read various lists, but none of them have a detailed list that includes them all. For example, the ATI Rage Pro Ultra GL 32 MB card, where does it fall in, as a Rage Pro? a Rage Ultra? Is there an ATI Rage Pro Ultra without the GL?

Lists liks this - (http://vgamuseum.ru/main/cardlist/) that include many ATI Rage cards, but from the names of many of the cards I have (based on their ATI Number) dont include many of them.

As a retro fan and a fan of complete lists, I was curious if a full list of all the Rage card versions existed?

Worst to best is really the order in which they were released.

Thank you

But there is no mention of any Ultra Versions on there...are those just the same card with Ultra on them?

As far as i know Ultra are OEM versions.

Never heard of a ATI Rage Pro Ultra GL before. That must be a ATI Rage 128, Rage pro cards didn't have 32MB memory. It gets very confusing with all the different names for basically the same chip.

Excellent info, the Ultra's are OEM cards.....

Anything label-wise with Pre-128 Rage Cards to mark them as OEM vs. Retail?
