I decided to do the Stason list of 386 boards from top to bottom to see if I could find it. The SIMM slots on the bottom are pretty unique.
Should have started from the bottom 😉

I have the same board as you, but oddly enough mine has a Aquarius bios instead and no indication on the PCB
