Identify old Sankyo (?) 5.25" drive [SOLVED]

Hi all, does anyone know the model of the attached drive? I *think* it was a Sankyo. It would have been a HD drive.

(I'm trying to rebuild a computer I had in the 1990s and would like to get the exact same parts if possible)

ETA: I have managed to ID this. It is in fact a Mitsubishi MF504C-310MP.

OT, but here's another mystery item I used to have. It's a modem but can anyone tell the make/model?

ETA: This is a Boca Research V.32 28.8k modem
