(Sorry for quality that's a seller's picture)
I guess that beautiful S3 😜
well they're all nice, but one of them is pretty ace ^^
Actually I don't mind the S3 either. Looks like 864/868 and not a comon Trio. Just need to find a way to responsibly dispose the Soundblasters 😀
Some people have all the luck. Congrats!

I have never installed NT 4.0 on one of my retro game pc's because of the lack of USB support, but you can of course use a NIC, optical drive or CF card for exchanging large files.
I hope I got the specs on the Intergraph cards right. I always put a CF drive in and use sneakernet to copy that way - that way I get to mount it in a slot and preserve the look.

It's a Tyan Thunder HEsl S2567 Socket 370 Motherboard. I know that the AGP performance is quite lacking on these but will be fun to play with non the less. Came with 2 gig of EEC ram and 2x1GHZ Pentium III CPU's.
I have one of these. Lots of caveats to get it running well, e. g. AGP should be set to 1x for reliable 3D graphics. PM me if you go to set it up and I’ll type up my notes. Tualatin adapters work.
Plan your life wisely, you'll be dead before you know it.
GUS ACE? Lucky. There are a lot of people that are selling GUS cards for an arm and a leg.

dell geforce 256 ddr 64mb for my upcoming build.
Nice. A Geforce 256 DDR is one of the cards I am pretty sure I don't have and would like to. Not too high on my priority list though if I see one for a really good price I will pick it up.

this is where i got mine. i think he has more. he also takes paypal. i've bought a couple of items from him in the past no problem. http://www.computerpartsgalore.com/cards-vide … 00110100C05.htm
I've been trying to thumb through how I want to build a dual proc NT OpenGL workstation, and I just realized I have a dual PII-400 HP Kayak XAs that would be perfect for this. So I went hunting, and found a big daddy OpenGL card - the HP Visualize fx10 NT:
http://www.vgamuseum.info/index.php/cpu/item/ … -nt-a1264-66502
In looking for this card I saw several PCI-X versions, which are apparently for HP PA-RISC machines. Then I did a general search and low and behold, a completely mislabeled card. Someone thought this was an fx5, but it's AGP, it's got all the processors, it's got the 128MB of texture/framebuffer ram (64MB each), and it looks exactly like the fx10 NT on the vga museum....so... for $13, I got it. 😀
Cannot seem to find the drivers for this one anywhere 🙁
Dirty rag theirs. Hope it still works, but $13 and free shipping is worth it to find out.

Thanks for the heads up. I sent an order inquiry.
Edit: They replied back and said they don't have any more. 😭

Just made a very quick test with this SBC. Added some RAM and connected a ATX power supply. Did nothing with these broken caps - and quite surprised its running 😀
ROCKY-C800EVN
Noticed a Roland SC-55 on or local auction site. Put a 'that will probably be overbid soon' bid on it. Seller immediately responded 😀 It arrived today.
Now it's time to build a nice Doom machine 😀
Nasty battery was quickly removed. Just in time!

also finally got one of these, my first 8088 board :3
...including FPU as well
The CPU is 12 MHz
The FPU seems to be 8087-2, ie. 8 MHz
It can't work.

yeah I noticed that, didn't think too much of it at the time ^^
either the system ran at a slower speed or the 8087 might be burnt out from what I read (or it was just put in there for storage?), in any case I'm just happy to have gotten it for now.
I got another 8088 board today (I believe it's an early IBM 5160 board)
I have to check if I have any other 8088 cpus in my assorted parts somewhere to test with.
though for now I am waiting for my ATX2AT smart converters before testing any boards I don't know the state of.
this is an all new generation of hardware for me ^^

You're okay with the PCB showing a 2000 manufacturing date?

Yeah, as long as the chip/card was originally released in 1998 I don't mind manufacturing dates. I'm neither that rich nor that picky.
