I've already gone through all the guides which tell you how to mount a CD dosbox if you're running OSX. Did exactly what they all told me. Still don't work. As a test I'm trying to run X-COM Terror From the Deep which I downloaded. It needs to have a CD rom drive in order to run. In OSX, the drives are listed under /volumes and you can only see the CD drive when a disc is inserted. So I typed: mount d /volumes/(name of cd in drive) -t cdrom. If I understand dosbox, this is supposed to mount the cdrom drive under D:/. It still never works, and I can't play any old dos games which need a cdrom, they just freeze or terminate automatically. What am I doing wrong? What do I need to do to make dosbox recognize and mount my cd drive(DVD-RW drive actually) in OSX so I can use it??
