Where is my Win3.11 CD player ?

I installed a fresh install of windows 3.11 and sound blaster pro 2.0 software.
But where is my Win3.11 CD player ?
Did it not come with a CD player ?
I have the DOS version of CD player that came with Sound blaster software for DOS
But I want a Win3.11 CD player.

Where is it or where can I get one ?

You need to install "[MCI] CD Audio" in Windows, then you use the Media Player to play audio discs.
