What real world games/programs does this affect?
Does it affect later revisions, such as the 5429 and 5434?
Does it affect both ISA and VLB, or just one or the other?

With typical CPU for such card - practically none.
I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.

Is LFB actually usable on ISA?
ISA can only address 16 MB, and even 386SX boards support 16 MB of onboard RAM - so no room for LFB.

There is a room for LFB as long as you don't max out your memory. Mach64 ISA for example benefits tremendously from LFB (I think they refer to it as "aperture"), but more or less limits you to 8MB on systems that use 30-pin SIMMs.

Again, does this bug affect the 5429 and the 5434?

I cannot use more than 48 MB with my 5429 on VLB because LFB is placed just below 64 MB.
