I realized I never benchmarked my new PC (i5-7600), so I set about doing that now. And decided to do it on my terminal, because why not? Here are the results.

FYI: Debian Stretch and probably any derivative distros now have 16.02 as the packaged version. I had to download the Jesse package to get 9.20, then just extract it and run it manually.

Did add a result for my overclocked Lenovo 3000 C100 (Pentium M 745A 1,8GHz @ 2,56GHz) laptop yesterday. Nice usage of your terminal btw, zerker. 😁

Hi guys, just wanted to reiterate to those who may still be adding results, please only use 7-zip version 9.20. I just tested the latest version (19.0) and its results are significantly higher than the same machine benchmarking on 9.20. My i5-4590 scores 16.3k MIPS on version 9.20 and over 21k MIPS on version 19.0. Plus, version 9.20 runs on Win98 so it leaves the door open for older CPUs on older OSes.

I fixed a deleted field and noticed the chart had been sorted all sorts of ways over the past year. If you do change the sort, please set it back to Column H (Rating MIPS) descending before you leave the page.

I added a result for the i5-4590.

Link is in the first post.
