i'd say the "942" on the memory is 99/42 and it says 9944 on the 74LVC08AD. but the s3 chip does indeed predate the rest of the stuff by about 2 years.

You still have noise on the motherboard take a look and recap these as well.

Yup, my bad, I did not check all the pictures and did not care to look at the last digit of date code for memory.
