Looking to bump up the ram on my S3 Trio64V2 DX card. Anyone know a decent place to order from?

These are 256kx16 EDO DRAMs in SOJ package. Try eBay. You should find a plenty of hits.

Might be cheaper to get upgraded card as S3 Trip PCI cards cost almost nothing if you get them in a bundle.
