Can the Macintosh System One operate on Virtual Box as well as QEMU?

Is there something that has led you to believe that this is a good idea? I haven't heard anything about emulating 68k Macintoshes in QEMU, and certainly not VirtualBox.
I expect you would be much better off using mini vMac, but you'd probably be even better off watching some videos on Youtube. There's hardly anything particularly practical you can do with System 1.x.

This appears to be the furthest you can go with QEMU.
Forget Virtualbox. Like Jorpho said, you'll be better off using Mini vMac.
