Yep.. Dash OPS-1000 CPU from a phone system. It also went under the name Picazo VS1. The amber CRT was a factory option.

I added this nice little AT tower to my collection recently - needed some restoration but came up pretty well. The power button jams if you don't hit it dead center but that just seems to be a design flaw, it's not worn at all.

Fancy finding a full 3-digit MHz display. I don't think I've come across a 3-digit MHz display naturally on a case before. Perhaps it originally was for a P200 or a K6? Anyone know what was the latest CPU which fairly commonly contained a case with a MHz display? Seems like after socket 7 the MB's turbo header was no more.

My NEWEST 486 build.
I found this case on ebay. It looks new and never used.
It's an AT case from the 1990's by a company called "Techmedia".
I read they use to design their own stuff.
This is the best AT case I have ever had. It is made of thick steel construction.
I am not kidding. The side panels feel like they weight about 5lbs. each.
The front is made of thick plastic too. The entire front panel pops off easily. just like a lian li case.
The frame is made of thick steal.
The back has allot of holes for connectors.
I only wish it had better ventilation and holes for fans.
Other than that it is a really nice case from the early 1990's.
Works great with a 386/486 motherboard.
And it has a nice thick coat of paint. NOT a cheap case.

Have three AT systems:
1st picture: 486 used for parts (will put a 286 motherboard in)
2nd picture: 386DX-40 With a missing floppy drive (pulled from dumpster)
3rd picture: NOS AT case that will be used with the 486 motherboard from the 1st case (486 DX4-120)
4th picture: Celeron 300A from the dumpster

I have a NEW one that I got from eBay. It’s actually really nice. NOT a cheap case.
It is made of heavy gauge steal and is really heavy.
It has a motherboard tray that swings out. Really nice.

Cons:
It is NOT easy to work with. The placement of the power supply makes it hard to work within.

That case was probably meant for Socket 7 ATX boards or something like that no? Considering that there's barely any room between the motherboard and the PSU for a slot 1 CPU or taller heatsinks.

Yes, The Fan/heatsink barley fits behind the PSU on a Socket 7 motherboard. So yeah, its for a Socket 5 or 7 or AMD with socket CPU.
But it came with two motherboard back plate covers one of which was just the right one for my motherboard of which made me very happy because I did not know where I was going to find this back plate.

Had this case when I was a kid, recently refitted with a Pentium 150 config.

Yep, beautiful case, I would love to hunt one down, but its hard to find I bet...

I think I've seen about 8 for sale (here locally) in the last 6 years. I always keep an eye out, because the 386 SX 16MHz from my childhood was in this case.

They are usually sold as complete systems, for quite some money if you just want the case 😀

It was popular with quite a few OEM builders I think.

It is high quality, and does not yellow because it's painted plastic. It does scratch and wear. You can see the power button on this one has lost some paint.
