Another Retro build from me. Its a desktop Pentium 100S with 32 MB RAM, a 2MB V64 VGA GPU based onboard by Asus/ATI running Dos 6.22/win3.11
It has a Ensoniq Soundscape Elite for Midi. I also await a Roland CM-32L with MPU-401 interface (internal/external box).
Really love the Ensoniq sound on the native games like Anvil of Dawn..
The Mixer will handle than all 6 Channels (MT-32(old), SC-88 Pro , CM-32L) + RTN for SoundFX.

Maybe you want to fix the right end of the big soundcard with a cable?

I would have some concerns about the length in combination with horizontal installation...

Really nice case although I think of 486 and below when I think desktop style.
Just need a Yamaha MIDI device and would think you have the full retro midi set covered 😀

Desktop cases were definitely around in the Socket4 and Socket5 era, though mostly in OEM systems.

oh definitely! and live on till today in corporate machines But desktop cases seem to really drop off in popularity around the time of socket 4
