Yeah, but there aren't any seeders...

I didn't think bittorrent would work, but my previous complaint of the CM-32L ROMs being unavailable isn't as strong now as it once was.
All well and good but, the ultimate is an LAPC-I, as far as I know it has even more samples.
LAPC-I and CM-32L have exactly the same amount of samples. I have both (and MT-32 too).
btw - i totaly don't get you. why don't you just launch that torment or what ever for a week or so and one day you will wake up and it will be there... hot and ready ;>
Are they the same samples? Have you dumped your lapc roms?
The manuals say they are the same. Why shouldn't i believe them. 😉
Actually there may be some differences even when listening to different versions of MT-32 modules, different bugs, but I am not that pedantic.
And no i haven't done anything to my hardware, just unscrewed them cause of curiosity. 😀
I found more games supporting LAPC-1/CM32L:
- Elite Plus (great SFX!)
- EPIC
- Line Wars II
- Pirates! Gold
And a few more:
- Heimdall
- Night Breed
- Night Breed: Intercative Movie
The last 2 is interesting: the only(!) options is Roland LAPC-1 for audio (except for PC Beeper).
Hmm. I have always preferred beeper sound for Nightbreed arcade, as weird as it may sound.
Intel i7 5960X
Gigabye GA-X99-Gaming 5
8 GB DDR4 (2100)
8 GB GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming (Gigabyte)
Well..., I don't know. I always hated the sound of PC Beeper (my first rig was a Turbo XT 15 years ago): music and synthesized fx is terrible, realsound is too quiet and noisy.
More Games:
- Terminator 2: Judgement Days
- Cadaver: Payoff
- Pushover
- Robocop 3
- Elf
