I guess the main reason cheaper one like the 3.5" floppy to USB adapters (cheapest is $10.75 on eBay) doesn't exist is probably due to not enough demand.

If I could get one that was in the price range of a Gotek or even a bit more, I would be all over it.

Generic USB to floppy drive adapters do exist too, but they are not common . There was a thread about those a while back .

I will . Are there any good recommended games, preferably available on GOG/Steam or as freeware (no "abandonware" please, for obvious reasons), that I should try to showcase the CM32L capability (if present) ?

Bought an original CH Flightstick (with side throttle) in great condition locally for $3. Have not tried it yet but have high hopes it still works ok.

It does not include the sound effects as far as I am aware, it is basically a normal MT-32 second generation, not a CM-32L.

Might & Magic 3 - Isles of Terra is available on GOG and make good use of the extra sounds (footsteps etc.)

Congrats on your findings, especially that AMD N80186. I always dreamt of a 186 system like the SIEMENS PC-D but they are out of the range I'm willing to pay if in good condition. Although I know compatibility is somewhat limited (close to not existent).

Happy the owner kept his promise, and sold to me. Others were interested in this pristine MT-32 as well.

Serial 840477, 1st gen MT-32. At 110 EUR, I think it's a fair given current market prices.

And while I was on the move, I scored this EIZO for 10 EUR.

Found a Tandy "Power Switching System" at the thrift store for 4 dollars to add to my Tandy 1000SX/CM11 monitor setup.
