I use an AWE32 3900 in my DOS PC, alongside a MusicQuest clone, and love both of them. However, I am aware the AWE32 like all SB16s has certain issues with digital sound, like the DMA clicking bug, often demonstrated in games like Day of the Tentacle.

I have not noticed this yet in any games I am currently playing, but I would like to know when I should prepare to switch to another sound card when I play such a game. I want to keep the AWE32 for my normal use case as it has reverb/chorus on the OPL, plus PCSPK input.

Is there a good list of digital sound bugs and which games are affected by which ones?
