Whenever I set the resolution to 320x240 and run DosBox, it crashes...

My graphics card, ect, supports the resolution and I can switch to it in Windows..

Maybe it's cause the text in DosBox is the same size regardless of the resolution, and gets cropped off at the same places, and when I switch to 320x240, DosBox attempts to draw pixels below the bottom of the screen, which results in a segmention fault?

The first thing you should try is to change the output=surface to something else, like...

output=overlay
output=ddraw
output=opengl

Try one at a time, obviously.

Intel i7 5960X
Gigabye GA-X99-Gaming 5
8 GB DDR4 (2100)
8 GB GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming (Gigabyte)

None work(including openglb)...

I'm writing it like "output=opengl #surface" so I can change it back quickly but I doubt it has anything to do with it unless there's a bug in the .conf phraser.

Can anyone else switch to 320x240?
