Hi
My Gateway 486 AT power supply recently died so I got an ATX replacement and an adaptor cable for the mobo. The adaptor came with a power switch already wired in on pins 15/16.
The switch doesn't work however and I'm currently powering on with the rocker switch on the PSU itself.
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about why the switch wouldn't work on the adaptor. I tried 2 adaptor with 2 different switches and still nothing and as far as I can find out
it should work without any other tweaking?
cheers
