Its file name on the AMI BBS and FTP was: KFKHMAN.ZIP . Unfortunately, the FTP went down rather recently (it was still up as recently as 2018) and I can't find the fine anywhere. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could provide it.

Thank you very much! Now I just need to figure out what program I need to read the .MAN files that the ZIP contains.

Edit: It's WordPerfect 5.1, but it turns out Norton Commander 4.0's text viewer handles the format well enough.
